Our Mission
A Sherpa family, represented in Top Trek Spirit, has a driven daughter named Anima Sherpa who is following in her father’s footsteps and taking up her job in an official and professional manner, with her aunt Pasang Yangi Sherpa and father Muktu Lakpa Sherpa.
While Anima Sherpa and Pasang Yangi Sherpa have only four years of expertise in this profession, Muktu Lakpa Sherpa has almost thirty years of experience. Top Trek Spirit Tour Agency is the epitome of two distinct generations working together as a team and sharing knowledge, wisdom, and humility.
As a tour operator, our objectives are to deliver high-quality services, ensure our customers’ safety and security, foster positive working relationships, be adaptable and flexible, and update and improve frequently in response to input from both customers and employees.

MUKTU LAKPA SHERPA
Muktu lakpa Sherpa is the founder of Top Trek Spirit born in high altitude in Makalu region. A successful professional mountain guide ,very energetic ,interested and skilled person having more than 30 years of experience in mountaineering field .he started his journey in mountain filed form very early age and successfully achieve summit Mt.Everest (8848.86m) ,MT.k2 (8611m) , MT.kanchanjunga (8586m) ,MT.lhotse (8516m) , MT.cho-oyu (8188m) ,MT. Manaslu (8163m) ,MT. shishapangma (8027m) , MT .Dhaulagiri (8167m) as well khan tengri (7010m) of Kyrgyzstan and many more above 6000m- 7000m of Nepal . He is also known as first Sherpa from Makalu region who successfully summit K2 on 31 July 2012 with his team .
Anima Sherpa
Anima Sherpa managing director of TOP TREK SPIRT having very strong mentality with kind nature and her friendly zone make a comfortable circumstance between client and top trek spirit family .she is very dedicated to her work who alwage manage every stuff smoothly by giving first priority to the client .except managing the stuff she is an athlete who work as lady guide and herself a climber as well experience in this field too because of the environment where she grow in professional mountaineer Sherpa family and her own experience of trekking/climbing .
Beside this she had Guinness world record on November 2022 in high obstacles course held on everest base camp (kalapathar 5641m) .
Pasang Yangi Sherpa
The Pasang Yangi Sherpa personality is very friendly, welcoming, and dynamic. She grew up at a high altitude (the Makalu Region), and she has completed numerous treks in various regions and climbed a few peaks in Nepal. As time went on, she became more involved in the tourist sector and worked to encourage more women to pursue careers in it. She will help you in the city throughout your sightseeing days and introduce you to the local food, culture, language, and people because she is also a very interested person in interacting with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Patrick François Hendriks
Patrick François Hendriks, born in 1972 in Chênée, is a outstanding figure in both French leadership and the world of mountaineering. With a keen understanding of Nepal and its complex localities and culture, Hendriks shows a deep appreciation for the country's language, cuisine, culture, and landmarks. His passion for mountaineering and trekking has not only shaped his personal life but also helped build a deep connection to the Nepal and its beautiful landscapes. Hendriks' strong and energetic mindset is supported by his polite and helpful nature, making him a respected figure both within his community and beyond. Whether scaling the peaks of the Himalayas or engaging in respective field of work, Hendriks' commitment to excellence and cultural understanding shines through in every task he undertakes.
